CSA Workgroup

The CSA workgroup is scheduled for Wednesday August 6, 2008 from 5:30-7:30pm; we will be discussing the Gaps Analysis data all are welcome to attend. If you have not rsvp for the workgroup and are planning on attending please let me know as soon as possible, we are ordering box dinners and I would like to ensure that there is enough for everyone.

Prioritization

We will meet Wednesday after the CSA Workgroup.

Will meet Thursday August 14^th from 1:30-3:00pm, HDHHS 5^th floor conference room.

RNC

Will meet Monday August 18^th from 3:00-4:30pm, HDHHS 5^th floor conference room.

QA

Will meet Wednesday August 20^th from 3:00-4:30pm, HDHHS 5^th floor conference room.

Executive Committee

Will meet Tuesday August 26^th from 3:30-5:00pm, HDHHS 5^th floor conference room.

CPG Full Body

Will meet Thursday August 28^th from 3:00-5:00pm, HDHHS 5^th floor conference room.

The Houston HIV Prevention Community Planning Group full body meeting is today Thursday 07-24-08 from 3:00-5:00pm 8000 N. Stadium Drive, 4th floor DOC. All are invited to attend.

Due to the uncertainty in the weather (Hurricane Dolly), Wednesday’s CSA Workgroup for July 23rd is canceled. The CPG full body meeting is still scheduled for Thursday July 24th, from 3:00 - 5:00pm.
